Air Fryer Sweetpotato Wedges

This recipe is inspired by the fast-casual restaurant Dig Inn’s insanely delicious sweetpotato wedges. Charred, crispy, and savory on the outside and sweet and creamy on the inside, these are a fantastic addition to a salad or bowl, or as a side to summer cookout staples like hamburgers and hotdogs.

Ingredients

  • 2 Farm Pak sweetpotatoes

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt (plus more for finishing)

  • Freshly ground pepper

Directions

  1. Trim ends off sweetpotatoes and cut in half then quarter into wedges

  2. Mix together in a small bowl: olive oil, paprika, and salt.

  3. Add sweetpotatoes to the mixture and cover the sweetpotatoes generously.

  4. Place in airfryer and add freshly ground pepper to taste.

  5. Air fry for 20 minutes, stopping halfway to lightly toss the sweetpotatoes.

  6. Remove once the outsides are charred. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle of sea salt and serve!
